Sitroy joined the FC Goa U-18 setup in 2022 and has steadily progressed through the club’s development pathway. A defender with a strong attacking instinct, he has built a reputation as a goalscoring presence from the back, contributing both defensively and during set-piece situations.

His consistent performances for the club’s development side earned him recognition as the Dev Team Player of the Season for the 2024–25 campaign, a season in which he also helped the team lift the Bandodkar Cup. Sitroy also achieved an important milestone in his young career when he made his senior team debut in the AFC Champions League Two against FC Istiklol.

Currently, he continues to impress for the development squad and is the top scorer for the team this season, underlining his ability to make an impact at both ends of the pitch.
