Ronney joined FC Goa in the 2025 season and is a young defender who has progressed through the Indian football development pathway. Known for his physical strength and determination, he offers reliability in defensive situations and is capable of contributing both centrally and in wide defensive areas.

The defender also gained valuable competitive experience in the I-League with Shillong Lajong FC, where he was exposed to the demands of senior professional football at a young age. His time with the Meghalaya-based side helped him further develop his defensive awareness and composure in high-intensity match situations.
