Hailing from Mizoram, Jerry Lalrinzuala is an attack-minded left-back who brings experience to the FC Goa side with more than 100 professional appearances, representing clubs like Chennaiyin FC whom he won the Indian Super League with in 2016-17, SC East Bengal and Odisha FC before joining FC Goa in 2025.

Jerry began his football journey with the AIFF Elite Academy, where he developed into one of the most promising young defenders in the country. His performances at youth level soon earned him opportunities at the professional stage giving him the opportunity to play for the Indian National team. His impressive breakthrough season in 2016-17 with Chennaiyin FC saw him win the Indian Super League Emerging Player of the Year (2016).
