A native of Curtroim, Versly plays as a right-back for the FC Goa Dev Team. Having started with FC Goa at the U-14 level, he rose through the ranks and now plays for the Dev Team after stints with various FC Goa youth teams.

A former student of St.Anthony’s boarding school, Guirim, Versly has also represented Goa at the U-15 level.
